Losing Weight

I lost 18 pounds in 31 days and am feeling pretty good about it. I have done it with a couple of miles a day on a tread mill and using the Isagenix Cleanse program although I have cheated a bit!! My friend Harry has lost 50 pounds since October and says he has done it by doing 90 minutes a day on an elliptical trainer and never eating anything that tastes good!!

I'm sure there are people who don't want to lose weight but it seems like practically everyone I know is either trying to lose weight or thinking about starting some new program to lose weight.

So why is it so hard? My mission president used to say there were only 2 reasons we didn't do something - either we didn't know how or we didn't want to bad enough!! So the question is - which category do we fall into?

Obviously, this doesn't apply just to losing weight but to anything we do or want to do. It could be about our job, our home life, our kids or ....!!
